Job summary

Xlsmart is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, govern, and monitor Direct Channel rollout and new store development initiatives. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage milestones, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of project management experience, strong governance skills, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint. You will coordinate with Finance, IT, Legal, and Facilities to ensure timely execution across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, Project Management, or other relevant disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, business planning, operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong project governance and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the rollout plan and project roadmap for Direct Channel new store development and expansion initiatives.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to determine rollout priorities, timelines, capacity requirements, and risks.
• Establish and monitor milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across rollout projects.
• Drive project governance, tracking, escalation, and management reporting.
