Seven Retail seeks a Project Manager to own end-to-end development of new branches across all brands. This role is strategic, balancing big-picture thinking with cost control while leading execution teams.

You will oversee lifecycle management of new branch development, craft strategy, timeline, and budget across brands and locations, and coordinate cross-functional teams of construction, design, QS, and location analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management across multi-site development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the entire lifecycle of new branch development projects, from planning to handover.
• Own project strategy, timeline, and budget across multiple brands and locations.
• Manage and align cross-functional teams including Project Construction, Project Designer, Quantity Surveyor (QS), and Location Analyst.
• Drive cost efficiency, budgeting, and forecasting while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Identify risks early and provide practical, data-driven solutions to unblock project issues.
• Act as a key decision-maker and escalation point for complex project challenges.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure projects align with business growth plans.
