Job summary

PT DFI Retail Nusantara Tbk is seeking a seasoned PMO/Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional requirements and drive project delivery in retail and digital operations.

You'll prepare BRDs, coordinate UAT, track milestones and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders across store operations, marketing, and commercial teams to realize benefits on Go Live. This role requires strong documentation, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related fields.
• 3+ years of PMO/BA/Project Analyst experience.
• Strong skills in BRD, functional requirements, and process analysis.
• Experienced in UAT, project tracking, issue management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and project management tools.
• Experience in retail, digital business, or commercial operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BRD and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and design future workflows.
• Support project planning, execution, and track milestones, timeline and risks.
• Coordinate project documentation and budgeting.
• Prepare UAT scenarios and coordinate business testing.
• Define KPIs, monitor post-launch impact, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Gather user feedback and build enhancement backlog.
• Support roadmap prioritization and project delivery.
• Ensure on-time UAT completion and benefits realization.
• Maintain stakeholder satisfaction across departments.
• Document accuracy.
