Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime/weekends when needed.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operation support, manage feedback/issues, and resolve product issues.
• Analyze business operation data to support process optimization and efficiency.
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors and logistics.
• Assist in developing concepts and planning for offline and online materials.
• Collaborate with other departments, including overseas teams, to address daily needs.
