Job summary

Gtech is seeking a Digital Platform & Program Specialist to drive development and continuous improvement of digital platforms and programs. You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to translate needs into effective digital solutions and coordinate program execution.

You will analyze business needs, manage roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration and user adoption, while reporting performance and risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5–8 years in Digital Product, Digital Platform, Program Management, or related role.
• Strong business and process analysis skills to translate needs into platform requirements.
• Proven experience managing digital platforms and cross-functional programs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Platform & Program Specialist to support the development and continuous improvement of digital platforms and programs. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to translate business needs into effective digital solutions, coordinate program execution, and drive platform performance and user adoption.

Role Description

• Analyze and translate business and user needs into digital platform requirements, business processes, workflows, and improvement initiatives that support business objectives.
• Develop and manage the digital platform roadmap and program priorities, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business needs, user expectations, and organizational goals.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of digital platform initiatives and programs, including planning, requirements, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure effective communication, alignment, and timely delivery of platform enhancements and program initiatives.
• Oversee platform integration and system dependencies, working with relevant technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity, functionality, scalability, and optimal platform performance.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement of digital platforms, utilizing user feedback, business insights, and platform performance data to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Monitor program and platform performance and prepare management reporting, including progress, key issues, risks, outcomes, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Role Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Digital Product, Digital Platform, Program Management, Project Management, or a related role, preferably within a digital or technology-driven environment.
• Strong business and process analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into digital platform requirements, workflows, and improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience managing digital platforms and cross-functional programs, including planning, prioritization, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, technical teams, management, and external partners.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, system integration, APIs, and technology dependencies, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams to ensure seamless platform implementation and performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor platform and program performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations; experience with Agile methodologies or relevant project/program certifications is a plus.
