Technical Project Delivery Manager - GTech

About the Role

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will lead complex, cross‑functional projects from inception through delivery. The TPM ensures alignment between business and technology teams, manages timelines, risks, and dependencies, and drives strategic execution to achieve company objectives.

Role Description

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts (e.g., microservices, cloud technologies, distributed systems) and facilitate technical discussions. Hands‑on software development or systems engineering background is a plus.

Role Requirement

5+ years of experience overall and 3+ years of experience in program/project management in a technical environment (preferably with large‑scale software or systems).

Prior experience managing complex products or programs that span multiple teams and/or geographies.

Technical Expertise

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Ability to grasp complex technical concepts (e.g., microservices, cloud technologies, distributed systems) and facilitate technical discussions.

Hands‑on software development or systems engineering background is a plus.

Program Management Skills

Demonstrable success in end‑to‑end program management, including resource planning, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Leadership & Communication

High degree of ownership, bias for action, and resilience in the face of ambiguity.
