Job summary

Gtech is seeking a Digital Platform & Program Specialist to drive development and continuous improvement of digital platforms and programs. You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to translate needs into effective digital solutions and coordinate program execution.

You will analyze business needs, manage roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration and user adoption, while reporting performance and risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5–8 years in Digital Product, Digital Platform, Program Management, or related role.
• Strong business and process analysis skills to translate needs into platform requirements.
• Proven experience managing digital platforms and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into platform requirements, processes and improvements.
• Develop and manage the platform roadmap and program priorities.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of platform initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and partners for timely delivery.
• Oversee platform integration and dependencies for scalable performance.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement using feedback and data.
• Monitor performance and prepare management reports with risks and recommendations.
