Job summary

PT GTech Digital Asia is seeking a seasoned Digital Platform/Program Manager to translate business needs into platform requirements and drive end-to-end execution. You will lead roadmap development, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of platform enhancements.

Key responsibilities include managing API integrations, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing platform optimization informed by data and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or tech.
• 5–8 years of experience in digital product / program management.
• Strong business analysis and communication skills.
• Experience with digital platforms and APIs.
• Agile experience or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business and user needs into digital platform requirements, processes, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage the digital platform roadmap and program priorities.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of digital platform initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners for timely delivery.
• Oversee platform integration and system dependencies for seamless connectivity and performance.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement using feedback and data.
• Monitor program and platform performance and prepare management reporting.
