La Finca Management in Bali is seeking a Digital Marketing Supervisor to oversee daily digital marketing activities, boost OTA performance, and increase direct villa bookings.

You will lead social media, SEO/SEM, content production, and advertising campaigns, coordinate with photographers and partners, and report performance to management. Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or marcom, with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media and OTA platforms.
• Ability to read analytics and report results clearly.
• Basic graphic design and content editing skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and English skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and coordinate with SEM providers.
• Support revenue team with OTA management campaigns, photo uploads, guest complaints, and OTA strategies.
• Maintain relationships with local and international media, KOLs, and influencers.
• Oversee content production (photos, videos, graphics, and villa guest materials), working with photographers and freelancers.
• Guide and monitor the work of marketing staff or external partners.
• Track analytics and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise social media management, content planning, and brand development
• Grow website traffic and direct bookings, including SEO and website updates
• Run and monitor digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and coordinate with third-party SEM providers
• Support the revenue team with OTA management: campaigns, photo uploads, guest complaints, and OTA strategies
• Maintain relationships with local and international media, KOLs, and influencers
• Oversee content production (photos, videos, graphics, and villa guest materials), working with photographers and freelancers
• Guide and monitor the work of marketing staff or external partners
• Track analytics and prepare regular performance reports for management

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or marcom, including supervising or leading tasks (hospitality or villa industry is a plus)
• Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
• Able to read analytics and report on results
• Basic graphic design and content editing skills
• Good leadership, communication, and English (spoken and written)
