Job summary

PT. GLOBAL INDEP CONSULTANTS INDONESIA is seeking an Online Marketing & Communications professional to manage day-to-day online communications, respond to enquiries, and promote villas and services to potential guests.

You will maintain professional communications with customers and teams across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Responsibilities include following up with leads to support bookings, coordinating villa viewings when needed, and keeping clear records of enquiries

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English as a must.
• Proactive, well-organised and able to manage multiple inquiries.
• Comfortable communicating via social media and online messaging platforms.
• Basic understanding of accounting and numbers.
• Previous experience in hospitality, property, sales or online marketing is preferred.

We are looking for an Online Marketing & Communications professional to manage our day-to-day online communication, updates, and enquiries. The role will focus on promoting our villas and services through relevant online channels, responding to enquiries, following up with potential guests, and maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day online communication and enquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
• Promote available villas, long-stay opportunities, and other services through appropriate online groups and platforms.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with potential guests and leads to support bookings and conversions.
• Coordinate villa viewings for potential long-stay guests when required.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with existing enquiries and potential clients.
• Coordinate with management and relevant teams to obtain accurate information for online communication and promotions.
• Ensure information shared online is accurate, up to date, and presented professionally.
• Maintain clear records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
• Support other online marketing and communication activities as required.
