Job summary

Secluded Villas Limited in Bali, Indonesia seeks a creative, strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing across digital and offline channels, strengthen brand presence, and drive measurable business results.

You will develop and execute campaigns, manage budgets, collaborate with agencies and internal teams, and use data to optimize performance. This role requires leadership, English communication, and a track record of multi-channel success in hospitality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels and marketing tools.
• Proven ability to lead campaigns and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Data-driven decision making with KPI analysis.
• Experience in villa or property management is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a creative, strategic, proactive, and results-driven MARKETING MANAGER to lead and oversee our marketing activities across digital and offline channels. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, strengthening our brand presence, and driving measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Plan and optimize digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and business growth
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and provide recommendations to management
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and creative partners
• Develop marketing materials and ensure all communications align with the company’s brand identity

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to make informed marketing decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Prior experience in villa/property management is an advantage
