Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, community management, and platform-specific optimization.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make informed optimization recommendations.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with B2B technology or software products and understanding of startup environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with B2C products in the tourism sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Role Description

This Digital Marketing Manager role is a full-time role based in Surabaya. This role is onsite with the option for remote work. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search, and other online platforms to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day activities include creating and scheduling content, managing social media accounts, optimizing campaigns, monitoring web analytics, and reporting on performance. The manager collaborates closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging, align campaigns with business goals, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends and suggesting new tactics to improve reach and engagement. The manager will also be responsible for KOL management.
