Y Ventures Enterprise seeks a Digital Marketing Executive to execute and optimize its digital marketing and B2B prospecting initiatives. You will hands-on operate tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and the company website to grow lead generation and assess vendor proposals for realism and fit.

You’ll implement recommended tools, hand off qualified leads, contribute to website content, and progressively take on outbound outreach and vendor negotiation.

Job description

The Digital Marketing Executive owns the execution of Y Ventures Enterprise's digital marketing and B2B prospecting efforts – evaluating and hands‑on operating tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, and the company website to grow lead generation, and assessing whether tools and timelines proposed by vendors (including our internal tech team, other BUs, or outreach vendors) are realistic.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and hands‑on operate digital marketing and prospecting platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn, the company website, and comparable tools) to scale B2B lead generation for Y Ventures Enterprise
• Assess vendor-proposed technical solutions, timelines, and claims (e.g. from YV Lab or outreach vendors), and advise Sean Liong and the team on whether they are reasonable
• Implement recommended tools or approaches directly, rather than providing advisory input only
• Hand off qualified leads and outreach-ready contacts to telemarketers and interns for follow-through
• Contribute to website content and ongoing digital marketing strategy
• As capability develops, take on direct outreach and vendor negotiation or challenge conversations on Y Ventures Enterprise's behalf

Requirements

• 0–2 years' experience in digital marketing, sales support, or a related field; internship or project experience is welcome
• Practical, hands‑on experience with digital marketing or prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, CRM systems), or demonstrated ability to pick them up quickly and independently
• Working knowledge of IT systems, software, APIs, and website maintenance sufficient to form an independent view on vendor claims
• Strong ownership mindset — comfortable running with a tool or task with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
• Motivated to grow from a marketing/technology-focused scope into direct business development (outreach, negotiation) over time
