Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a senior SEO leader in Jakarta to own the strategy for a major product portfolio and deliver durable organic growth across technical, on-page, and content SEO. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, driving migrations and system-wide improvements that scale through automation and content pipelines.

You will set the experimentation agenda, raise testing rigor, and mentor junior marketers, leveraging AI-driven search innovations to strengthen Traveloka's

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of SEO experience with a clear record of delivering large, durable organic growth.
• You are an expert across technical, on-page, and content SEO and have led migrations or large architecture changes without losing traffic.
• You scale SEO through systems and automation, not just manual optimization.
• You partner fluently with engineering and product, and you can scope and prioritise technical work credibly.
• You turn complex analytics into a sharp story and a clear plan, and you defend your reasoning with data.
• You mentor and raise the standard of more junior marketers through expertise, not authority.
• You are fluent in how generative AI and answer engines are reshaping search, and you build for it.
• You hold a relevant degree from a good university.
• You communicate persuasively with both engineers and senior marketing stakeholders.
• You have led a major site migration or replatform with no lasting organic traffic loss.
• You have built and own an automated SEO monitoring or programmatic content pipeline at scale.
• You have published or spoken externally on SEO, or have a measurable footprint in AI-search optimization
