Qualifications

• 1-3 years in business development or sales within marketing or advertising.
• Proven lead generation, client relationship building, and closing deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for Pintarnya’s digital marketing services.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closing.
• Build relationships with brands and agencies and understand business objectives.
• Propose suitable digital marketing solutions including social media, influencer marketing, and campaigns.
• Prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Update CRM and sales reports for accurate pipeline management.
