Job summary

PT Pioneer Adhesives Indonesia is seeking a Marketing professional to lead strategy, brand activities, and digital campaigns. The role requires hands-on experience in trade and digital marketing, with strong market analysis and cross‑department collaboration.

You will plan promotions for distributors and retailers, develop in-store activations, and manage social media content. A 3–5 year track record in marketing is preferred, with a leadership mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, with Supervisor experience as an advantage.
• Experience in Trade Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Understanding of channel management, distributor & retail, promotion programs, merchandising, and in-store activation.
• Strong market and competitor analysis capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
• Develop brand awareness activities, product promotion, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Support product launching, events, and promotional activities.
• Develop and execute trade marketing strategy to support sales targets.
• Plan promotion programs for distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Develop visibility, merchandising, product display, and in-store promotion programs.
• Analyze promotion program effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
• Manage and develop company social media.
• Create content plans, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
