Anda akan mengumpulkan kebutuhan bisnis, menerjemahkan BRD ke PCR/RFP, memfasilitasi pertemuan persyaratan, dan mendokumentasikan keputusan utama serta tindakan. Bekerja lintas tim dengan pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan proyek berjalan lancar.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst, Business Partner, or in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge in one or more banking domains: Credit, Wholesale Banking, Digital Banking, HR, Finance, Funding, Regulatory, Digital IT Operations, Treasury, or Banking Services & Quality.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, IT project management, and project delivery.
• Experience handling IT projects and working with various stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements with Business Owners and stakeholders.
• Review and translate BRD into PCR, RFP, and other project/technical documentation.
• Facilitate requirement meetings and document key decisions/action items.
• Coordinate with PM/Co-PM, Solution Architect, QA, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor assigned initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing activities and ensure project documentation meets applicable standards.
• Develop business and analytical artifacts such as process flows, system flows, use cases, user access matrices, and UI mock-ups.
