Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager in Jakarta. You will gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, document end-to-end banking processes, and prepare BRD and FSD documents to guide IT initiatives.

The role involves creating process diagrams in Visio, managing tasks in JIRA, and supporting SIT/UAT to ensure system readiness. Strong banking domain knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; IT-related fields preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a Project Management role.
• Strong understanding of banking processes including funding, financing, collection, treasury, SKN, RTGS.
• Proficient in JIRA, Visio, Excel, and MS Project.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; data security governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand and document end-to-end banking process flows.
• Prepare BRD and FSD documents.
• Create process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Manage and track project tasks using JIRA.
• Support SIT and UAT activities to ensure system readiness.
• Prepare presentation decks for business and management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with data security rules and IT governance policies.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams.
