Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC, Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience working on IT projects in the banking industry is preferred.
• Ability to convert BRD to technical documents (PCR, RFP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Gather requirements from Business Owners and stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements and identify business needs and objectives.
• Review BRD and other requirement documents.
• Meet with stakeholders to analyse requirements and needs.
• Translate BRD into PCR, RFP, or other documentation.
• Prepare accurate meeting minutes with decisions and actions.
• Lead initiatives within the division and oversee projects lifecycle.
• Support testing activities with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with PM/Co-PM to track progress and documentation.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, QA, business units, and vendors.
