Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to gather requirements from stakeholders and document end-to-end banking processes.

You will prepare BRD/FSD, create visual process diagrams using Microsoft Visio, and manage tasks in JIRA while coordinating SIT/UAT to ensure system readiness. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and governance awareness, with 3+ years in banking and a IT-related degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major (IT-related fields preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the banking industry
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Management role
• Strong understanding of banking processes including Funding, Financing, Collection, Treasury, SKN, RTGS
• Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Understanding of data security governance policies

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Understand and document end-to-end banking process flows
• Prepare BRD and FSD documents
• Create process flow diagrams using Visio
• Manage and track project tasks using JIRA
• Support SIT and UAT activities to ensure system readiness
• Prepare presentation decks for business and management meetings
• Ensure compliance with data security rules and IT governance policies
• Support project timeline monitoring using MS Project
• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams
