Job summary

PT Mineral Alam Abadi invites an enthusiastic final-year information systems student or fresh graduate to join our team in Jakarta. You will conduct requirement gathering with users and stakeholders, and help convert business needs into formal documents such as PRD, BRD, UAT, and Change Requests.

You will prepare meeting minutes, support UAT by crafting scenarios, document results and feedback, and assist in developing user guides and technical documentation for applications built by the team.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to prepare structured, accurate, and detail-oriented documentation.
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace for documentation and presentation purposes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering through discussions with users and stakeholders across departments.
• Translate business needs into formal documentation, including PRD, BRD, UAT documents, and Change Requests (CR).
• Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and monitor follow-up timelines from discussion sessions.
• Support the UAT process by preparing test scenarios, assisting users during testing, and documenting results and feedback.
• Assist in developing user guides and technical documentation for applications and systems developed by the team.
