Job summary

BINUS Group in Jakarta seeks a capable professional to support system development from needs gathering to documentation. You will help identify user requirements, schedule development, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will analyze data reliability, propose improvements, perform minor coding tasks, prepare user guides, and support QA and reporting to supervision. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (S1) or current computer studies student.
• 1–4 years of working experience.
• Special skills in BPM, SDLC tools, UI/UX, and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs and available business processes.
• Submit system development schedule to Head of Software Solutions.
• Monitor the system development schedule.
• Ensure the arrangement and system development align with the user’s requirement.
• Provide alternative solution and modification needed to fulfill the user’s requirement.
• Arrange documentation analysis and design according to user’s need.
• Confirm the overall content to user before the application system development completion.
• Submit input for trouble shooting occurred in the system development application.
• Analyze and verify data reliability to support the system development application.
• Identify various opportunities to increase the efficiency of the business process.
• Conduct minor programming to the application system development process.
• Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
• Provide user’s guide application for related user.
• Provide technical advice and solution to enhance application development performance/business process needed.
• Fixes related bugs reported by user.
• Create report requested by user.
• Software administration for basic setup and configuration, and user administration.
• Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
