Job summary

PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee the launch of new production lines and equipment. You will guide line modifications, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strict quality standards in a high‑volume die casting environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, a technical degree, and strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication abilities. Teamwork and independent work will be needed as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in die casting production with leadership experience.
• Knowledge in casting technology, dies & jigs, and measurement & inspection tools.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong analytical and communication skills.
