Job summary

Engio is seeking a die-casting head for its Batam manufacturing site. You will oversee the die-casting department, set up and operate equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high-quality metal cast parts in a high-volume environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 15+ years in a similar role, with strong die-casting tooling, 6S and QC expertise. Fluent English is essential; SAP/MS Office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the die-casting department.
• Set up and operate die-casting equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Drive Lean/6S improvements and cost reduction (VAVE).
• Coordinate with design and other functions; manage daily production.
• Ensure quality assurance and 6S adherence across operations.
