Job summary

Engio is seeking a Die-Casting Expert for a multinational client based in Batam, Indonesia. The role centers on overseeing and optimizing high-volume die-casting operations, setting up machines, and solving production issues to ensure quality metal parts.

You will work with engineering and quality teams to drive process improvements, efficiency, and safety. The position requires 4+ years in relevant manufacturing and the ability to be located in Batam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in household electrical appliance manufacturing or die-casting.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum high-pressure die casting and reading technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to be placed in Batam, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the die-casting process in a high-volume environment.
• Set up and operate die-casting machines; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes.
• Enhance efficiency, maintain safety standards, and control costs.
• Prepare reports on the die-casting department and initiatives.
• Lead projects and support additional assignments as required.
