Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Diamond Drilling Supervisor to lead and coordinate diamond drilling programs that support exploration, resource definition, and mine development in Papua New Guinea. You will supervise drilling crews, optimize performance, and ensure safety and sample integrity across underground and surface drills.

Minimum 5 years of professional diamond drilling experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising drilling crews.
Experience in underground and/or surface drilling environments.
Strong leadership with multicultural teams.
Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor diamond drilling crews to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Coordinate daily drilling activities, manpower, equipment, and schedules.
Monitor productivity, core recovery, and operational efficiency across programs.
Ensure high-quality core recovery and sample integrity.
Enforce health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Prepare and submit operational reports and workforce activity documentation.
Collaborate with geologists, engineers, maintenance teams, and site leadership.
