The ideal candidate has 5+ years in diamond drilling, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a proven track record in remote, camp-based mining operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional diamond drilling experience in mining or exploration.
• Minimum 2 years supervising drilling crews or field-based drilling teams.
• Experience in underground and/or surface drilling environments.
• Track record of achieving drilling productivity, core recovery, and safety targets.
• Experience in remote mining operations, camp-based or rotational rosters.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor drilling crews to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate daily drilling activities, manpower, equipment, and schedules to meet targets.
• Monitor productivity, metreage, core recovery rates, and efficiency across programs.
• Ensure core integrity and compliance with geological requirements.
• Promote safety culture and conduct hazard assessments, inspections, and incidents investigations.
