PT Property Dot Indonesia is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance. This role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or tax, or relevant internship experience. Proficiency in Coretax is required, and familiarity with Odoo ERP is a plus. Strong attention to detail and good communication are essential.

Competenze

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance Management, Economics, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with relevant internship experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
Proficient in using Coretax.
Experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication and administrative skills.

Mansioni

Record and input financial transactions accurately and timely into the accounting system.
Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for financial transactions.
Perform financial data reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy of records.
Assist in accounting, finance, and tax administration processes as required.
Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
