Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting, finance and bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, especially Coretax.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting.
• Experience using Tally accounting software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping, ensuring accurate records.
• Maintain the general ledger and proper recording/classification of financial data.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Support tax administration and compliance, including Coretax usage.
• Maintain and organize accounting documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting records.
• Prepare financial data, reconciliations, and reports in Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.
• Support tax administration and compliance, including the use of Coretax for relevant tax-related activities.
• Maintain and organize accounting documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting financial records.

Requirements
