Job summary

PT. Citra Nusa Insanmandiri (CNI Indonesia) is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting and tax professional to handle daily accounting activities, COA management, journals, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across financial records.

The role requires in‑depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, Coretax experience, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support tax reporting, audits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounting and Tax.
• Good understanding of tax regulations and taxation practices in Indonesia.
• Familiar with Coretax and tax reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting activities including COA management, journal entries, and journal adjustments.
• Perform tax-related accounting and administration according to applicable regulations.
• Prepare and perform tax reconciliation and ensure accuracy of tax records.
• Support tax reporting, compliance, and audits with internal and external parties.

Job description

Handle daily accounting activities, including COA management, journal entries, and journal adjustments.

Perform tax-related accounting and administration in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Prepare and perform tax reconciliation and ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax records.

Handle tax processes and transactions using Coretax.

Support tax reporting, tax compliance, and tax examination/audit processes.

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting and taxation documentation and records.

Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding accounting and taxation matters.

Ensure all accounting and tax-related tasks are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.

Support other accounting and taxation activities as required by the Finance & Accounting Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounting and Tax.
• Good understanding of tax regulations and taxation practices in Indonesia.
• Familiar with Coretax and tax reconciliation processes.
• Familiar with accounting software.
• Brevet AB certification is preferred;
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
