Ceva Animal Health Indonesia is hiring a Junior Accountant to support VAT processing and financial reconciliation tasks in Jakarta. You will process daily VAT Output via Coretax DJP, ensure accuracy in VAT and PPh reconciliations, and handle journal entries for travel, promo, and entertainment expenses.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation, English proficiency, and strong MS Office skills. Fresh graduates are welcome; Brevet A/B certification is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Prepare and process daily VAT Output through Coretax DJP.

Prepare and process daily VAT Output (Tax Invoices/Faktur Pajak) through Coretax DJP.

Perform VAT (PPN) reconciliation (Equalisasi PPN) to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.

Recapitulate and reconcile PPh 22 (PIB) and PPh 23 to the accounting records.

Review, record journal entries and recapitulate Travel Expenses (Flazz, Gasoline, etc), Promotion & Entertainment expenses (Daftar Nominatif) to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.

Manage and reconcile Petty Cash transactions and balances.

Recapitulate and monitor monthly Vaccinator Fees.

Perform additional finance related duties as assigned.

Requirement :

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation.

Professional certification in Brevet A/B would be advantageous

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Computer literate, with working knowledge of Coretax, Oracle (Accounting Software), and Microsoft Office.

Able to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
