Job summary

Hans World Logistics seeks a meticulous Accounting & Tax professional to manage daily accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and uphold tax compliance.

You will handle AR/AP, cash flow, and end-to-end tax filings while ensuring internal controls align with standards and regulations. Strong Excel skills and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, or auditing.
• Tax Certification (Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and Coretax.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and good problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions including AR, AP, and petty cash reconciliations.
• Manage daily cash flow operations, including wire transfers and vendor payments via Kopra Mandiri systems.
• Handle end-to-end tax compliance, including tax calculation, filing, and reporting for monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT).
• Ensure all accounting procedures and internal controls comply with relevant financial standards and tax laws.

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Accounting & Tax to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial accounting activities, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations and reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and petty cash reconcilements.
• Manage daily cash flow operations, including preparing, processing, and executing wire transfers and vendor/supplier payments via Kopra Mandiri systems.
• Handle end-to-end tax compliance, including tax calculation, filing, and reporting for monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPN/VAT).
• Ensure all accounting procedures and internal controls comply with relevant financial standards and tax laws.

About you
