Job summary

Orderkuota is seeking an Accounting & Tax Staff in Tangerang, Indonesia to handle financial transaction recording, bookkeeping, tax calculation, and financial reporting in line with Indonesian regulations.

Responsibilities include recording transactions, preparing monthly reports, examining invoices, calculating tax, managing tax invoices, and reconciling accounts. The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in Accounting or Taxation.
• 1–2 years of accounting and tax experience; fresh grads considered.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; capable of tax calculations and reporting.

Job description

Accounting & Tax Staff responsible for financial transaction recording, bookkeeping, tax calculation, and financial reporting in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

Record financial transactions and company bookkeeping

Prepare monthly financial reports

Examine invoices, payments, and supporting transaction documents

Calculate and prepare monthly and annual tax reporting as assigned

Create and manage tax invoices and withholding certificates

Perform account and tax reconciliation

Ensure financial and tax administration documents are stored neatly

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting or Taxation

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and tax; fresh graduates considered

Understanding of bookkeeping processes, transaction journals, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation

Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh Final Pasal 4 ayat (2), and PPN

Able to perform tax calculations, payments, and reporting in accordance with applicable regulations

Understanding of Coretax DJP and e-Faktur usage as needed for work

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Able to perform accounting and tax data reconciliation

Thorough, honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work according to deadlines

Able to work independently and in teams
