Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is looking for a Creative Staff to join the Strategic Marketing team in Jakarta Selatan. This role focuses on enhancing the company's social media and branding initiatives, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience in creative roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visual and written content, and supporting branding activities. This full-time position is onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 17.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative, content, or branding-related roles.
• Proven experience in content creation (visual and/or written content).
• Familiar with corporate or brand social media content production.
• Basic understanding of beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle content is preferred.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and handle multiple content projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and support corporate social media and internal content.
• Develop visual and written materials based on company guidelines.
• Produce beauty-related creative content for company communication channels.
• Support branding activities through visuals and content development.
• Support the beauty-focused storytelling content, including products and formulations.
• Help translate internal information into easy-to-understand creative materials.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Media, or related fields
