PT IZUMI SENTUL REALTY is seeking a Design Manager to oversee the design lifecycle for the Opus Park project, coordinating Architecture, Structure, Interior, and MEP to ensure constructible, compliant designs aligned with cost and schedule goals.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and hands-on experience with high-rise projects, emphasizing strong coordination, NOC/Site instruction management, and effective stakeholder communication.
A Design Manager responsible for managing and coordinating the overall design lifecycle of the Opus Park project across Architecture, Structure, Interior, and MEP. This role ensures design deliverables are coordinated, compliant, constructible, and aligned with project cost and schedule objectives.
Lead and coordinate design development across Architecture, Structure, Interior, and MEP
Act as the key coordination point between internal teams and external consultants
Review and validate design deliverables to identify potential clashes
Ensure design solutions meet functional, technical, regulatory, and constructability requirements
Manage design changes including NOC and Site Instructions
Ensure updated For Construction drawings are properly reviewed and distributed
Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality and safety
Support technical documentation for PBG, SLF, and other project permits
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Experience in at least two high-rise project cycles above 20 floors
Experience handling projects from concept through handover is highly preferred
Strong multidisciplinary design coordination and clash detection skills
Strong understanding of design development and construction documentation
Experience in value engineering, especially façade and special structural elements, is highly preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with a Tier-1 Main Contractor or leading developer is highly preferred
