Job summary

PT IZUMI SENTUL REALTY is seeking a Landscape Engineer (Supervisor) to oversee landscape construction at the Opus Park project. You will supervise softscape and hardscape works, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with Architecture, Civil, and MEP teams to maintain quality and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proven landscape supervision experience on large-scale developments, with strong communication skills to handle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with hands-on landscape supervision experience.
• Experience supervising landscape construction on large-scale developments preferred.
• Ability to read Landscape Drawings and Shop Drawings and coordinate with other trades.
• Strong site supervision and communication skills, able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape construction works including softscape and hardscape
• Ensure works comply with approved Landscape Drawings and specifications
• Monitor planting, irrigation, drainage, and landscape finishing works
• Inspect plant materials, soil preparation, paving, and other landscape elements
• Coordinate landscape works with Architecture, Civil, and MEP teams
• Monitor contractor progress and construction quality
• Identify site issues and follow up on corrective works
• Prepare site inspection and progress reports

A Landscape Engineer (Supervisor) responsible for supervising and coordinating landscape construction activities at the Opus Park project. This role ensures landscape works are delivered according to approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise landscape construction works including softscape and hardscape

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant experience in landscape supervision or construction
• Experience in high-rise, residential, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, drainage, and planting works
• Able to read and interpret Landscape Drawings and Shop Drawings
• Good understanding of landscape coordination with Architecture, Civil, and MEP
• Strong site supervision and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple activities under project deadlines
