Job summary

PT IZUMI SENTUL REALTY is seeking an Internal Drafter to produce, revise, and maintain technical drawings during the construction phase of the Opus Park project. You will support the Design Manager and Site Manager to ensure the latest approved drawings are used on site.

You will manage drawing numbering, revision logs, and archiving of master DWG/BIM files, and prepare As-Built Drawings based on site conditions and contractor red-lines.

Qualifications

• Must have drafting experience in high-rise construction.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate multi-discipline drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D and BIM software.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce, revise, and modify technical drawings for Architecture, Structure, and MEP.
• Manage drawing documentation, numbering, revision logs and archiving of master DWG/BIM files.
• Prepare and update As-Built Drawings based on site conditions and red-lines from contractors.
• Perform drawing superimposition to identify clashes before issue for construction.
• Prepare detailed drawings for critical areas and major routes or skybridge connections.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure latest For Construction drawings are distributed.
• Maintain accurate drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.

An Internal Drafter responsible for producing, updating, coordinating, and maintaining technical drawings throughout the construction phase of the Opus Park project. This role supports the Design Manager and Site Manager by ensuring that construction teams consistently work with the latest approved drawings and that site changes are properly documented through As-Built Drawings.

What You Will Do

Produce, revise, and modify technical drawings covering Architecture, Structure, and MEP based on project requirements, sketches, and instructions from the Design Manager or Site Manager

Manage drawing documentation, including drawing numbering, revision logs, and proper archiving of master DWG/BIM files

Prepare and update As-Built Drawings based on actual site conditions and Red-line Drawings submitted by contractors

Perform drawing superimposition across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines to identify potential clashes before drawings are issued for construction

Prepare detailed drawings for critical areas and special structures, including skybridge connections, mixed-use areas, and major MEP routes or machine rooms

Coordinate with engineers, site inspectors, Design Manager, and Site Manager to ensure the latest For Construction drawings are properly distributed and implemented

Maintain accurate and up-to-date drawing records throughout the project lifecycle

What You Will Need

Minimum SMK in Teknik Gambar Bangunan or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

Relevant experience in technical drafting, preferably within high-rise construction projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D

Basic to intermediate knowledge of BIM software such as Revit or Cubicost is highly preferred

Good understanding of technical drawing standards, notation, scale, line weights, and building coordinates

Able to read and coordinate drawings across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines

Detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and comfortable coordinating with engineering and site teams.
