PT IZUMI SENTUL REALTY seeks a Structure Engineer/Inspector to supervise structural works and assist the Project Manager and Structural Engineer in maintaining quality, compliance, and structural integrity throughout the Opus Park project. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, preferably with a structural focus, and proven experience on high-rise projects above 25 floors.
A Structure Engineer/Inspector responsible for supervising structural works and supporting the Project Manager and existing Structural Engineer in maintaining quality, technical compliance, and structural integrity throughout the Opus Park project. The role involves field inspection, drawing review, quality control, and coordination with structural consultants and contractors.
Conduct daily inspections of reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and other structural activities
Ensure construction methods and structural works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards
Review structural Shop Drawings and verify technical calculations when construction methods or site conditions require adjustments
Monitor structural quality through field and laboratory testing, including concrete slump tests, compressive strength tests, reinforcement tensile tests, and structural steel welding inspections
Identify structural issues such as deflection, cracks, elevation discrepancies, and other non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions
Support the Project Manager and Existing Structural Engineer in technical discussions with structural consultants, evaluators, and relevant stakeholders
Provide additional supervision for critical structural areas, high-load zones, long-span structures, and skybridge structures and connections
Coordinate with Site Manager and other engineering disciplines to ensure proper structural execution and integration
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a Structural Engineering focus
Proven experience in high-rise building projects above 25 floors
Strong knowledge of deep foundations, core walls/shear walls, transfer beams, and high-rise structural systems
Experience in structural steel erection and long-span structures such as skybridges is highly preferred
Strong understanding of structural inspection, quality control, technical drawing review, and construction methods
Strong technical communication and coordination skills
