PT IZUMI SENTUL REALTY is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for the Opus Park project, ensuring reliable suppliers, favorable terms, timely delivery, and risk management aligned with financial strategy.
You will develop sourcing strategies, build a vendor database, and drive tender processes, while collaborating with Design, Site, Cost, and Project Management teams to meet project requirements.
A Procurement Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement process for materials, goods, services, and subcontractors required for the Opus Park project. The role focuses on securing reliable suppliers, competitive commercial terms, timely delivery, and effective procurement risk management in alignment with the company's financial strategy.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage procurement activities for project materials, goods, services, and subcontractors
Develop sourcing strategies and identify qualified vendors and specialist subcontractors with proven high-rise project experience
Build, evaluate, and maintain a reliable vendor and subcontractor database
Prepare tender documents, invite qualified bidders, conduct tender clarification meetings, and lead commercial negotiations
Analyze and compare bidder proposals based on price, quality, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial considerations
Present procurement evaluations and recommendations to Management/CEO for decision-making
Prepare and review procurement agreements, SPK, and subcontract agreements in accordance with company requirements
Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of critical and long-lead items
Identify procurement risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies, particularly for imported and specialized materials
Coordinate closely with Design, Site, Cost, and Project Management teams to align procurement with project requirements
What You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in procurement, preferably within high-rise construction projects
Strong network of vendors and specialist subcontractors, particularly in façade, lift, large-scale MEP, and structural steel
Strong experience in high-value commercial and contract negotiations
Good understanding of procurement risk management and long-lead items
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with a Tier-1 Main Contractor or leading local/multinational developer is highly preferred
