Job summary

Time International seeks a Deputy Manager Accounting Reporting in Jakarta to lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings and deliver timely financial reporting. You will supervise the accounting team, ensure compliance, and provide meaningful insights from GP and ratio analyses.

The role covers consolidated statements, audits, bank reporting, and coordination with external auditors. Strong SAP ERP experience and Excel modeling are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4–6 years progressive accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong experience in consolidated financial statements, annual audits, and bank reporting.
• Solid understanding of financial ratio analysis, GP comparative reporting, CIP, and fixed asset reclassifications.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with financial modeling and data reconciliation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Supervise, coach, and support the accounting team to ensure smooth and effective daily operations.
• Oversee accounting activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and SOPs.
• Review financial statements, financial ratios, and GP comparative reports to provide meaningful business insights.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements, annual audits, bank reporting, and coordination with external auditors.
• Review and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure proper reconciliation and documentation.
• Review and approve relevant Purchase Orders, commission adjustments, inventory adjustments, and other accounting-related transactions within assigned authority.
• Support process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and other stakeholders on accounting matters and business initiatives.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure consistent implementation of accounting procedures across the organization.
