Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's or CPA is a plus).
• At least 5 years in accounting/finance with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax, and compliance.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage teams with integrity and attention to detail.
• Basic English proficiency to understand simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting department functions including AP/AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure tax compliance and internal control procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and train accounting team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (a Master's degree or CPA/Brevet certification is an advantage).
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated skills in analysis, organization, and problem-solving.
• Effective leadership and communication capabilities.
• Committed to high standards of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Basic English proficiency, with the ability to understand and convey simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functions of the accounting department, covering accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Compile and analyze financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring alignment with relevant accounting standards.
• Maintain compliance with tax laws, internal financial policies, and established control procedures.
• Manage both internal and external audit processes, including the preparation of required documentation and audit responses.
• Lead and support the accounting team through supervision, mentoring, performance assessments, and ongoing training.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
• Review and approve weekly financial reports submitted to the owner.
