Qualifications

• Requires proven leadership in Sales, Marketing, BD, or Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education or kids-focused businesses is preferred.
• Strong people management and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operations of one or multiple branches within the regional area.
• Lead branch-level initiatives including events, promotions, and marketing activities to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and optimizing revenue and business performance.
• Oversee end-to-end customer experience and journey to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

Job Requirements

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
