Job summary

PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (Reswara Group) seeks an experienced OSH leader to harmonize safety strategy across subsidiaries in Indonesia. You will steer risk management, lead critical incident investigations, and drive CAPA and lessons learned.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in OSH or related field, 5+ years in OSH/K3, and certifications as SMKP Minerba Auditor and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. You will oversee CMS, contractor safety, and health programs with KPI analytics.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ICAM for structured incident investigation.

Job description

• Develop and harmonize OSH–IH strategy, policies and SMKP Minerba / ISO 45001 implementation across subsidiaries.
• Lead fatal and critical risk management, Critical Control Verification (CCV), and risk-based assurance.
• Oversee high-potential / serious incident investigations using ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method); drive effective CAPA and lessons learned.
• Lead cross-entity audits, Contractor Management System (CMS) implementation, contractor safety assurance, and closure of audit findings.
• Direct occupational health and industrial hygiene programs, including workplace exposure assessment, health surveillance, fatigue management, and fitness for work.
• Oversee safety in marine coal logistics (coal ports, tug & barge, transshipment); manage OSH lagging and leading indicator databases, data quality, trend analysis, and management reporting.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Safety & Health, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimal 5 years of professional experience in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH/K3), preferably in coal or mineral mining; leadership and multi-site exposure are advantageous.
• Proficient in ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) for structured incident investigation.
• Registered SMKP Minerba Auditor and certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
• Proven capability in Fatal / Critical Risk Management and Critical Control Verification (CCV).
• Strong command of risk management, Contractor Management System (CMS), and marine coal logistics safety implementation.
• Competent in managing OSH lagging and leading indicator databases, KPI analytics, and performance reporting; sound knowledge of occupational health and industrial hygiene. Minimum POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is mandatory.
• Experienced in promoting and coaching Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) and Visible Felt Leadership (VFL) for leaders and frontline workers in field operations.
