Job summary

PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (Reswara Group) seeks an experienced OSH leader to harmonize safety strategy across subsidiaries in Indonesia. You will steer risk management, lead critical incident investigations, and drive CAPA and lessons learned.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in OSH or related field, 5+ years in OSH/K3, and certifications as SMKP Minerba Auditor and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. You will oversee CMS, contractor safety, and health programs with KPI analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional OSH/K3 experience, mining preferred.
• Proficient in ICAM for structured incident investigation.
• Registered SMKP Minerba Auditor and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
• Experience in Fatal / Critical Risk Management and CCV.

Responsibilities

• Develop and harmonize OSH–IH strategy, policies and ISO 45001 implementation across subsidiaries.
• Lead fatal and critical risk management, CCV, and risk-based assurance.
• Oversee investigations using ICAM; drive CAPA and lessons learned.
