Job summary

Agincourt Resources in Indonesia is seeking a Supervisor – Safety to promote a safe work environment across mining operations. You will implement Annual Safety Programs, monitor compliance, and lead incident investigations to develop corrective actions.

The role requires a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, at least five years in a safety role within mining, and relevant certifications. Strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Sound knowledge of OHS principles and Indonesian mining safety laws.
• Ability to develop short- and long-term work plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment using OHS tools and processes.
• Implement Annual Safety Programs and ensure compliance across operations.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions.

The Supervisor – Safety is responsible for promotinga safe work environment by utilizing various OHS tools and processes toimplement Annual Safety Programs and ensure compliance .

Requirements

• A di A di ploma inOccupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• At least five years ofexperience in a safety role, preferably in the mining industry.
• SMKP implementationcertification and registration as an internal auditor with an ESDMcertificate.
• A POP or POMcertificate.
• Sound knowledge of OHSprinciples, good practices and applicable Indonesian mining safety lawsand regulations.
• Knowledge of incidentinvestigation, including identifying root causes and developing correctiveactions.
• Familiarity withopen-pit mining operations and heavy mobile equipment (HME).
• The ability to developshort- and long-term work plans, monitor progress and evaluate results.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, including the ability to research, assessinformation and develop practical improvements.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Eligibility to obtainan Indonesian driving licence (SIM).
• Clear written andverbal communication skills, including proficiency in English and theability to listen actively.
• The ability to buildpositive working relationships, collaborate effectively and respectdifferent perspectives.
• Initiative,self-motivation and the ability to work independently to meet agreedobjectives.
