Job summary

TSMG, a Jakarta-based technology firm, is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to steer end-to-end technology and AI initiatives. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

You will monitor risks, dependencies, and metrics, ensuring ethical, privacy, and security standards are met while driving adoption of AI tools across workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of tech and AI projects, from planning through delivery.
• Define scope, objectives and timelines with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product, operations) for smooth execution.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and metrics; provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate progress, challenges and results to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, privacy, and security standards in AI projects.
• Support adoption and integration of AI tools into existing workflows.
• Stay updated on AI trends to advise on project planning.
