Job summary

PT. MULTI PRESTASI MAS is seeking a senior R&D Lead to guide a team in creating decorative cosmetic formulations and ensuring quality and stability. You will oversee trials, testing, and evaluation to align with market trends and regulatory standards.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Cosmetic Science with at least 3 years in cosmetic R&D, strong leadership, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic R&D, preferably in decorative cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation, raw materials, and product stability testing.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the R&D team in developing and improving decorative cosmetic formulations.
• Oversee formulation trials, product testing, and sample evaluation to ensure product quality and stability.
• Drive product innovation and ensure formulations meet market trends, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with related departments to support product development timelines and commercialization.
