Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate clients to recover overdue commercial debts.
• Negotiate repayment plans with debtors in Indonesia and Philippines.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on case progress.
• Log collection activities and maintain accurate records using our inhouse systems.
• Support your team with collection and administrative tasks, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment.
