Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a proactive debt-collections associate to support commercial clients with overdue accounts. The role balances tactful follow-up and clear negotiation with prompt client updates and precise case records.

You will engage debtors in Indonesia and the Philippines, discuss repayment commitments, and carefully record each step. Training and mentorship are provided in a focused five-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on case progress.
• Maintain accurate case notes and collection activity records using digital systems.
• Support collection and administrative work across the team when needed.
• Take ownership of next steps, use sound judgment in conversations, and keep colleagues and clients informed.
