Job summary

Wellous Group seeks a Sales Trainer & Analysis to monitor and analyze dealer performance and develop growth strategies across a distributor network. You will prepare dealer achievement reports for incentives, recognition, and campaigns, and identify gaps with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Branch Leaders, analyze market trends, and support automation of reporting to enhance visibility and decision-making across dealers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Sales Training and BI.
• Experience in direct selling, FMCG, retail, or dealer/distributor network management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of sales performance tracking, incentive programs, KPI measurement, and business reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales performance reports and business insights across dealers.
• Prepare and validate dealer achievement reports for incentives, recognition, and campaigns.
• Identify gaps and growth opportunities through training and market trends analysis.
• Collaborate with Branch Leaders to initiate dealer development plans and strategies.
• Monitor dealer progress and evaluate development actions for impact.
• Support dealer growth strategies to increase activation, retention, productivity, and sustainability.
• Maintain dealer databases, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
• Assist in reporting automation and operational improvements for better decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, reporting standards, and data governance.
